Our company is located in Hiyoshi-cho, Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, in a place rich in nature surrounded by greenery. A garden with a fountain. Manicured, greenery is suitable for the working environment.

Chukoh Seiki, which started in 1923 as a main business manufacturing ceramic machinery for local industries, has grown together with its customers for about 100 years. A new stage for our 100th anniversary in 2025.
The size ranges from 50cm to several micrometers. This is a company that makes machines that crush finely.

Would you like to work with us? We are looking for a variety of people, including experienced, inexperienced, and new graduates.
1.Machining / Processing Operations
This role involves hands-on operation of heavy-duty machinery in Chukoh Seiki’s Mizunami facility. While prior experience is preferred, new hires without machining backgrounds will receive comprehensive training from skilled team leaders. The department is equipped with seven large machining centres and four lathes. Most operators can become fully proficient in approximately six to twelve months. We place a strong emphasis on mentorship, ensuring you gain confidence and independence under expert guidance.
Application qualifications: High school graduate or above / Experience preferred
Work location: Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture
Working hours/Holidays: 8:05-17:00 (approximately 10 hours of overtime per month)/65 minute break/two-day work week
Paid vacation/according to company regulations
Basic salary: 175,000 yen ~ (Others vary depending on work experience)
Salary increase: Once a year
Bonus: twice a year
Participating insurance: Employment/Industrial accident/Health/Welfare/Defined contribution pension
Commuting allowance: up to 31,600 yen per month. Free parking available
2.Design and development/development technology sales
This position centers on understanding and translating customer requests into engineering drawings and design specifications. Ideal candidates are passionate about mechanical engineering and machinery design, especially those eager to develop new equipment from concept to completion. Familiarity with CAD software, including AutoCAD, is highly advantageous. As with other roles, comprehensive training is provided by department leaders to help new team members learn and effectively transition into their new position.
