Major features
Conventional ball mills were limited to uniaxial rotation for grinding. In contrast, the newly designed Semi-Automatic Batch Ball Mill features two axes, one for grinding rotation and a second perpendicular axis.
The movement of the second axis is perpendicular to the primary rotation, causing the can body to oscillate. This allows the machine to function not only as a grinder but also as a mixer. The lid of the Semi-Automatic Batch Ball Mill is integrated into the side plate, resulting in a larger opening that makes loading and unloading raw materials much easier. Materials can also be added or removed while the can body remains upright.
This design significantly reduces the physical burden on workers. Both dry and wet grinding are possible. Additionally, the mill is equipped with a water jacket, allowing grinding to be performed with either cooling or heating.
